Request data deletion

Finch Labs, Inc. respects your right to delete your personal data. This page describes how to request deletion of your Finch account and all associated data.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@finchlabs.ai from the email address registered to your account. Include “DELETE” in the subject line. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, workspace, and membership.
• The stored credentials for your connected platforms. Ending Finch’s access on the platform side takes both sides. On ours: your ad accounts are removed from our broker account, the Google Analytics access binding is revoked, and the Shopify app is retired so it cannot be reinstalled. On yours: you uninstall the Shopify app from your store and remove Finch’s user or partner access in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and Amazon Seller Central. We list exactly what is yours to do when we confirm the deletion.
• Uploaded and generated creative assets, including the copies archived in our object storage.
• Your ad performance, store and web analytics history, experiment records, and the AI assistant’s conversation history.
• Lead-outcome records synced from chatbot integrations.

What we may retain

We may retain certain records where legally required (tax, fraud-prevention, accounting). Copies can also remain in our hosting provider’s encrypted backups until those backups expire on their normal rotation, and we keep a redacted record that the deletion happened (what was deleted and when, with the content itself removed). Those audit entries are redacted by workspace; an entry recorded without a workspace attached, which happens for platform-level actions, keeps what it recorded.
